Her name is Kelsey, but she go by Harajuku Bunny for cosplay. She is based in Vegas and have been cosplaying for 7 years now!
She have yet to find something else that makes her as happy as cosplay does 
She look forward to many years of becoming her favorite characters~
Highlights of her cosplay so far: as Hatsune Miku for Crypton Future Media at Licensing Expo 2014 in Las Vegas and for Space Dandy for Funimation at Otakon Vegas 2014.
